Yeah this is was my cosplay for sakura con 2010.
It was really popular, which is strange because it's really my first cosplay that I actually made. =A=
I really like how it turned out though.
I had more photos of the process but i deleted them from my phone to make room for other pictures. sorry guys.
The mask was formed with chicken wire then made out of paper mache and sealed and primed to keep Washington's nasty rainy weather out of it.
then it was covered in fabric.
the hat was made out of foam which I carved. c:
it was really fun to make and I'm really proud of it >w<
